Just after his induction to the WWE Hall of Fame the Warrior passes away.
Just this past April 5th the Ultimate Warrior (James Brian Hellwig) spoke during his induction on the WWE Hall of Fame. And just the night after making his first appearance since 1996, the Ultimate Warrior passed away at age 54 on Tuesday evening. During the late 80’s the Ultimate Warrior was at the top next to Hulk Hogan, Macho Man and Andre The Giant. Who can forget Wrestle Mania VI when The Warrior beat Hulk Hogan! It is sad to have to say good bye to one of the greats but in a way he was lucky to be able to say good bye to his fans in one last memorable performance.
“Every man’s heart one day beats its final beat. His lungs breathe their final breath. And if what that man did in his life makes the blood pulse through the body of others and makes them believe deeper in something that’s larger than life, then his essence, his spirit, will be immortalized by the storytellers — by the loyalty, by the memory of those who honor him, and make the running the man did live forever,” he told a New Orleans crowd at Monday night’s Raw.
